Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Cash Refunds
Important: HiFive does not provide cash refunds under any circumstances. If you cancel within the allowed window, you will receive credits for future events instead. Credits cannot be converted to cash.
2. Per Event Cancellation
For single event bookings at AED 30 per event:
Cancel 12+ hours before the event
Receive a credit for a future event. Credits are valid for 90 days.
Cancel less than 12 hours before
No credit issued. This is treated as a no-show.
3. Monthly Pass Cancellation
For Monthly Pass subscribers at AED 99/month:
Cancel 2+ hours before the event
Free cancellation — you can book another event immediately.
Cancel less than 2 hours before
Treated as a no-show. See our no-show policy below.
Monthly subscription fee
The monthly subscription fee is non-refundable.
4. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when you book an event but do not attend without cancelling within the allowed window. The consequences differ by plan:
Per Event Users (AED 30)
If you do not show up, your booking fee of AED 30 is forfeited. No credits or refunds are issued. No further account restrictions apply.
Monthly Pass Members (AED 99/month)
Since Monthly Pass members book at no extra cost per event, repeated no-shows are treated more seriously to prevent abuse and protect other attendees:
5. How to Cancel
Follow these steps to cancel a booking:
Go to My Bookings
Access your dashboard from the navigation menu.
Find the booking
Locate the event you want to cancel in your upcoming bookings.
Click "Cancel Booking"
If within the cancellation window, credit will be issued automatically (Per Event) or booking cancelled (Monthly Pass).
